Big Momma Eagle ("we," "us," or "our") owns and operates bigmommaeagle.com and any other websites or platforms that link to or reference these Terms of Use (individually, a "Site" and collectively, the "Sites"). Through the Sites, Big Momma Eagle provides information, products, services, digital content, and related resources (each a "Service" and collectively, the "Services"). References to the Sites include the Services.

Big Momma Eagle reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, suspend, modify, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Sites or Services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable if all or any part of a Site is unavailable for any reason or for any period of time. We reserve the right to deny or terminate access to the Sites to any person, at any time, for any reason.

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Services are not scheduled or commenced until payment is received
• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or service request at our discretion.

Purchasing a product, pattern, or Service does not transfer ownership of intellectual property unless explicitly stated.

We do not guarantee that the Sites will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIG MOMMA EAGLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITES OR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BIG MOMMA EAGLE FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Momma Eagle from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Sites, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Big Momma Eagle operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Sites. Your continued use of the Sites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
