Small Classes. Big Support.

A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot in class. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled class date. Registrations with unpaid balances after this deadline may be canceled, and the spot may be released to another student. Deposits will be retained.

Seats are not guaranteed until payment requirements are met in full.

We take every reasonable measure to provide a safe learning environment. By enrolling in this class, you acknowledge that sewing involves the use of machinery and tools—including sewing machines, needles, scissors, irons, and pins—that carry an inherent risk of injury.

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Big Momma Eagle, LLC, its owner, instructors, and employees from any claims of injury, loss, or damage that may arise during your participation. In the event of injury or illness, you agree to seek medical treatment at your own discretion and expense.

The studio opens 15 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time. Students are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in and prepare.

Classes begin promptly. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, as it is disruptive to the learning experience and difficult to safely integrate students once instruction has begun. Instruction time will not be extended to accommodate late arrivals.

To maintain a productive, safe, and respectful learning environment, all participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the instructor, fellow students, the workspace, and the learning environment as a whole.

Big Momma Eagle, LLC reserves the right to dismiss any participant at any time for behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with class expectations. This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate language or behavior, refusal to follow instructions, misuse of equipment, or conduct that interferes with the experience of others.

Participants dismissed for violating this policy will receive a refund of class fees less the deposit. Deposits remain non-refundable.

Please do not attend class if you are feeling unwell or unable to safely operate equipment.
